Business & Decision Limited - Recruiting apprentice proves right business decision

Sunderland based systems integration and consulting specialists Business & Decision Ltd recruited their first apprentice twelve months ago and hasn’t looked back.  The major global organisation, with offices and high profile clients world-wide, hoped for a recruit interested in IT, who could be moulded to their own working practices.

ITEC North East Ltd pinpointed 19 year old Anthony Dunn from Sunderland.  Having three A levels, including computing, he was keen to secure his first full-time job offering the added confidence of gaining new skills and continuing his education.

Work-based experience completing his Level 2 IT Practitioner and progressing onto his IT Professional Advanced Apprenticeship, Anthony’s on track to becoming a fully fledged IT consultant within the next twelve months.
